Haysham Zia
As a passionate storyteller and dedicated post-production professional, I bring a diverse skill set to the projects I work on. My journey in the industry has led me to contribute to an array of impactful projects, including the Street Scales documentary, Bestest Day Ever! Season One, Reserved, Big Sky, and The Wordsmith to name a few. Each of these projects has honed my abilities and deepened my love for storytelling.
One of my proudest achievements is MAYHEM, a personal project where I took on the roles of producer, editor, and actor. This hands-on experience not only allowed me to explore various aspects of production but also fuelled my passion for crafting compelling narratives. Also led to winning Best Short Narrative at the IFA Film Awards!
Currently, I am advancing my career with the DGC as a TAPE (Trainee Assistant Editor) as well as a copywriter, freelance Coordinator/Producer, operating Zia Productions, an independent production company where I continue to refine my craft and contribute to the vibrant world of film, television, and commercial content.
